Submit safety observations to the BMCP Home Safe Work Practice Team using this app!

Each submission will be evaluated by the HSWPT and will be considered the same as a paper submission or online survey submission.

Our group is interested in any submission whether it details a loss, near loss, or just an observation. Submissions can be written on yourself or anyone else youve observed.

We hope youll write an observation to get yourself thinking about safety at home. These submissions also help us direct our groups efforts to best benefit you! Our safety classes and safety handouts are planned off this data to ensure that our efforts go where they will help most.
